I am trying to sign up for an additional program, but my email address is already registered.
Sounds like you already have a Beach Town Athletic Club account – so try and log in (not sign up). If you can’t remember your password, click the ‘I can’t remember my password’ link and check your inbox for a reset password email. If you didn’t receive your password reset email, please check your spam folder.
I am trying to sign up for an additional membership and I want to have the information sent to my email, but the system will not allow me to use my email more than once. One pro tip is to add a +1 or +2 to the end of your email. For example, if you use johnsmith+1@gmail then the system will see it as a new and usable email, yet you will receive all the information in your johnsmith@gmail folder.
What is Beach Town Athletic Club?
We have had great success in empowering our community through our programs and this website is our platform to share these programs, techniques, and strategies to help empower the world. Our approach is all about connection and developing a nurturing environment with your personal highest and best in mind.
Can I do Beach Town Athletic Club Programs at home?
Yes! BTAC is all online so you can train anywhere in the world – home, gym, hotel, park, vacation (you get the picture).
Can I still do Beach Town Athletic Club if I have a gym membership?
Of course. Beach Town Athletic Clubs curriculums are so versatile you can train at your preferred location.
Can I still take part in other fitness activities?
Of course. If you are running or doing other fitness classes, just make sure you’re also hitting it hard in your BTAC workouts. Please always listen to your body, and if you think you are overdoing it, please take a rest day.
What are the workouts and drills like?
Rule #1 is to have fun! Sijo Bruce Lee said to be playful like a cat with serious intention. He said, “I don’t fear the man who knows 10,000 kicks, but I fear the man who has trained one kick 10,000 times.” Be diligent with training with the right intention. Repetition is the mother of all skill. Practice, Practice, Practice! Keep in mind you will need to put in the effort in order to see results. You get out of it, what you put into it.
What equipment do I need?
Focus mitts are great to have. However, you can use other options from bare hands to oven mitts, or even stuffed socks in place of focus mitts.
Is there an app for the program?
NO, not yet but we are working hard to provide one for future use.
Do you have a community I can join?
We certainly do. Our Private Facebook Community is for Beach Town Athletic Club Members Only. It’s a great place to ask questions, meet other like-minded people, share tips, offer support and post progress photos. Once you have signed up, please request to join with your access code and one of our friendly community managers will grant you access.
When can I start?
You can start the Beach Town Athletic Club, program as soon as we launch. Your program unlocks as soon as you pay.
Am I too young/old?
Never! You can reach your goals at any age. If you’re concerned, please have a chat with your doctor before commencing. You must be 18 years or over to purchase the program, so if you are under 18, we ask that you check with your parents or guardian first.
I have a medical condition / injured / pregnant / breastfeeding.
Can I still join Beach Town Athletic Club? If you are pregnant, diabetic, have a medical condition, an injury, or a physical disability, please consult your doctor or professional healthcare provider before starting your Beach Town Athletic Club journey.
How safe is my personal information?
How much of my data will Beach Town Athletic Club use?
Our videos adapt to the speed of your network connection and phone so we can’t tell you for sure how much data it will use. On average, 5 mins can use up to 60MB. We recommend always trying to connect to Wi-Fi before watching a BTAC workout or video.
Can I watch my workouts on a tv screen?
If you’re training at home, you can watch your coached curriculum on the big screen by connecting your app to your smart TV using Airplay. If you are using a web browser on desktop or mobile, you can cast to your TV with Google Chromecast.
What support is there?
There is a private Facebook group for members to support and encourage each other throughout their Beach Town Athletic Club journey. If you’ve emailed a query, one of our team members will be in contact within 24 hours.
I am having trouble making a payment.
There are several reasons why your payment may have been declined. Please take a minute to check the following: If you have insufficient funds in your chosen bank account. If you entered the wrong card number by mistake. If your card has expired. If your bank denied the transaction without specifying a reason. This can sometimes occur with international payments. Contact your bank if you believe this is the case.
What payment options are there, and which payment system do you use?
You can pay using credit or debit card (we do not accept PayPal at this time.) After you sign up, head over to your email inbox where you’ll find your confirmation of payment.
Will I keep being charged month-to-month?
Yes. Beach Town Athletic Club is a subscription-based program, so you’ll be charged monthly.
Can I get a refund if I cancel in the middle of my subscription?
As per our Billing Terms, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, medical conditions, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so. You must cancel 24 hours before your subscription ends to avoid another payment. This will not shut down your profile – you’ll still enjoy access to the program for the entire period you paid for.
How do I cancel my subscription?
If you subscribed via the website, simply go to the website and head to Settings, then Billing & Subscriptions, then click the edit icon. Simply switch your recurring subscription to ‘off’.
I forgot my password!
This happens to the best of us. Click the ‘I can’t remember my password’ link at login and we’ll email you a link to reset it. Be sure to check your spam folder too.
I didn’t receive the email to reset my password.
Make sure you are entering the email address that you signed up with (not your work or personal email by accident). If that doesn’t work, please send the team an email at email@example.com and we’ll sort it for you.
I can’t log in!
Try updating your browser to the latest version. Then check that your cookies aren’t set to ‘blocked’ and clear your cache. If that doesn’t work, you may have signed up twice using two different emails, maybe even two different passwords. Make sure you are using the correct email and password for the account you are signing into.
I need more help.

BENEFITS FOR OUR MEMBERS
It is our goal to help empower adults and children while bringing families together, so as an added bonus to our children’s belt ranking program you can add up to three children at a progressively discounted rate. The first child will be only $27 per month, the second child added will be only $19 per month, and the third child added will only be $10 per month. Each child will have their own individual belt ranking curriculum so they can go at their own pace or train and learn together.
NEED TO TAKE A BREAK
No problem! You can place your membership on hold and then resume where your left off at anytime. If you do need to take a break we recommend that you do it at the end of your monthly billing cycle to get the most out of your training, then place your membership account on hold, then resume when you are ready to work towards your next level! We do recommend that you keep consistent and committed to your training and we also recognize that life can have challenges and we want to support you through them.
REMEMBER YOUR EMAIL
Your membership progress is locked in, to your email. Each membership account is registered to your unique email. Each member, (even added children) must have their own unique email address.
